This is one of the most beautiful lakes on the Reservation and is popular for camping. Currently, the lake has equal numbers of brook and rainbow trout with brown abundant in the upper arms of the lake. Brooks are caught in the fall off of the dam and during the summer with flies. Rainbows are mostly caught in the west arm with powerbait or using cowbells from boats. Anglers can catch browns that are ten pounds or more by using rapalas or lures. Fishing for brown trout is best in the spring and fall . Camping, store, and boat rentals are available.
