| SEASON DATES: | October 11, through November 30, 2008; Available ONLY to the following valid 2007 elk tag holders: West End General - Archery, East & West End Archery Raghorn, Youth Raghorn and West End Depredation for the duration of their respective hunts. |
| LEGAL LION/BAG LIMIT: | Any Lion except female with kittens. One (1) Lion per West End General - Archery, East & West End Archery Raghorn, Youth Raghorn and West End Depredation per calendar year. |

| LEGAL TAKING DEVICE: |
Any legal firearm bow and arrow as described in
section R1.A METHODS OF LEGALLY TAKING GAME Section R1.A - BIG GAME except ELK, may be legally taken with the following weapons: i. Center fire rifles, muzzle-loading rifles, and all other rifles using black Powder or pyrodex. ii. Center fire handguns and handguns of a caliber not les than .44 Magnum iii. Shotguns, not less than 20 gauge, shooting slugs or #4 shot (minimum). iv. Bows having a standard pull or forty or more pounds, using arrows with metal broadheads no less than 7/8-inch width cutting edge. v. Javelina may additionally be taken with .22 rimfire magnum rifles and 5mm rimfire rifles. |

| SPECIAL REGULATIONS: | I.
Elk Season - Depredation Mountain Lion tag holders are not required
to be accompanied by a W&ORD licensed/registered Guide. The
use of dogs and/or bait for this hunt is prohibited. II. Once a valid West End General - Archery East & West End Archery Raghorn, Youth Raghorn or West End Depredation, elk tag holder harvests an elk or the respective season ends, the Elk season Depredation Mountain Lion season also ends. III. PERSONS ENTERING THE RODEO/CHEDISKI BURN AREA FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT PERSON HUNTING THIS AREA UTILIZE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE GROUND FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND PARKING. DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING, PERSONS ENTERING THIS AREA FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING SHOULD CONSTANTLY BE AWARE OF CURRENT AND POTENTIAL WEATHER CONDITIONS AND PLAN THEIR TRAVEL ROUTES ACCORDINGLY. THE W&ORD ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE OR BODILY HARM INCURRED IN THIS AREA. |
