SEASON DATES: October 15, 2011 through October 30, 2011.
BAG LIMIT: One (1) per tag holder per year
LEGAL DEER: Any Antlered Mule Deer BUCK OR Whitetail Deer BUCK ONLY
NUMBER OF PERMITS: 60 issued on a first-come-first-served basis.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS:

55+ Deer tags will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis beginning August 39, 2011. 55+ Zone 3A tags will be sold at the Community Complex conference room in Cibecue beginning at 9:00 AM on August 29, 2011 ONLY. Any remaining 55+ 3A tags will then be sold at the Game & Fish Office in Whiteriver.

Tribal Members 55 years of age and older must present proof of their age (Driver’s License, Tribal or State ID) at the time of tag purchase.

 55+ DEER TAG HOLDERS MAY NOT HOLD ANY OTHER DEER TAG(S) IN THE SAME YEAR.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. B

i.               Illegal calibers include but are not limited to the following: .22, .22 Magnum, 5mm, .222 and/or .22/250.   

ii.             Bows having a standard pull of 50 or more pounds using arrows with metal broadheads having no less than 7/8-inch width cutting edges. Mechanical broadheads of any type (broadheads having hinged/rotating blades) are prohibited.

iii.            Center fire handguns and handguns of caliber not less than .44 Magnum.

OPEN AREAS: Reservation Zone for which tag is issued.  UNIT 8 AND ZONE 3A ARE CLOSED FOR THIS HUNT
